Concert sous les chandelles presents an immersive and captivating musical experience with the event “Vivaldi Four Seasons and Film Music.”
This exceptional evening will combine the sublime Four Seasons by Vivaldi with the most enchanting melodies from cinema, creating an unforgettable musical experience. The atmosphere will be transformed by the soft and warm glow of the candles, highlighting the magnificent architecture of the Oratory’s Crypt Church.
To make this event even more captivating, a professional narrator will share anecdotes and historical facts about the pieces performed, adding a touch of depth to the evening.
On the program: Vivaldi Four Seasons, a grand medley of film music (Love Story, The Godfather, Titanic, Ghost, Schindler’s List, Once Upon a Time in the West, Mission, Romeo and Juliet…), the iconic Prelude from Bach’s first cello suite, a hymn to life by Piazzolla with Adios Nonino, the beautiful Cinema Paradiso, and to conclude, Monti’s Czardas!
