Nativity scene from Mexico

Fashioned out of grains of corn and beans,
I can also be made into a delicious healthy salad!
I come from Mexico and you will find me at number 172.
Olé!

  Nativity scene from Belgium

I am the most up-to-date nativity scene around!
Coming from the same country as the famous character Tintin,
I am a work of art entirely made out of reused materials.
Since this is the era of recycling,
you might say that I'll never be out of style!
Look for me at number 155.

nativity scene from Canada - Québec

An important man was born in a little town of Québec.
His name was Brother André, the founder of Saint Joseph's Oratory!
Where can you find him in one of the scenes?
Look for number 158.
There, the nimble fingers of a sculptor of crèche figurines from Charlevoix have hidden him in with all kinds of other Canadians doing their tasks.

  nativity scenefrom Switzerland

Strange but true...
a crèche which comes with the unique fragrance of Swiss cocoa!
Go to number 28 and feast your eyes on the only 19th century nativity scene carved from a block of chocolate!
Sweet Christmas dreams!

  Nativity scene from Czech Republic

Whoever said that a nutshell was fragile?!
Take a look at the cunningly ornamented shells from the
Czech Republic at number 173.
A world of natural beauty encapsulated in tiny carvings!

nativity scene from Canada - Québec

I am the biggest manger scene in the entire exhibit here at the Oratory!
I have the privilege of being located right in the middle of the museum:
truly a place of honor! Known all over Canada,
I was made by the noted sculptor Joseph Guardo.
Take a look at me from all the angles at number 59.
