1. What's the best way for a group to travel?
* It's so convenient to come by chartered bus, but if your group isn't big enough for that, think about several minivans or automobiles.
2. Which day should we choose?
* Whichever day is best for you! If you're coming during the annual novena anticipating Saint Joseph's feast day (March 10-18)
we suggest organizing a pilgrimage from the entire diocese. Call us and we'll talk!
* Perhaps your group wants to celebrate a special religious feast day, or take advantage of a particular event at the Oratory.
Don't worry; we're open 365 days a year from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
3. How should we get the word out?
* Before the annual novena to Saint Joseph, we send out posters and notices to parishes. A press release is sent to all the religious
media in Québec and to the secular media in the greater Montréal area.
* Why not think about advertising your pilgrimage on the local radio station, in your diocesan newspaper, on the Internet site of your
diocese and in regional newspapers!
* The telephone and the Internet are very effective for transmitting information!
4. How can we contact Saint Joseph's Oratory?
* The easiest way is by telephone. Here is our toll-free, long-distance number: 1-877-672-8647.
Sending us an e-mail is no problem:
pelerinage@osj.qc.ca.
* When you make reservations ahead of time (hint, hint), our staff will have the opportunity to assist you personally.
* Reservations for the use of the Basilica can be made only by contacting Visitor and Pilgrim Services. We're sure you understand.
* Lodging and healthy food selections are available all year around. If you'd like to stay at John XXIII Pavilion, contact Dominic Richer
and ask him what's still available. There are vacancies beginning December 1, 2008.
5. Can I participate in the annual retreat in my own home?
* Of course. Ask us to mail you the leaflet printed especially for the novena. (A small contribution would be appreciated.) A featured
article about the novena and the preacher’s subjects are printed ahead of time in an issue of the
Oratory magazine.

* You can write down your personal petitions there, so that we can include them with others during the novena,

* Make a telephone link! You can call us and we'll put you in contact with a member of Pastoral Services who will take time to talk to you
personally. How’s that for service!
Saint Joseph welcomes you to Mount Royal!
