Renovation of the Beckerath Organ in the Basilica
Renovation work on the Beckerath organ in Saint Joseph's Oratory basilica began August 29, 2011 and will continue until May/June 2012. The Sunday organ concerts remain at 3:30 p.m., but using the Rogers organ, located in the sanctuary area of the basilica. Thus, music lovers can still come and listen to the recitals offered by noted organists.

Youth Pilgrimage



Upon reservation, we offer specially designed programs for school children, as well as for young adults, led by individuals who are in tune with today's youth. Saint Brother André himself enjoyed talking and joking with the students at Collège Notre-Dame. he is a mdel for young people seeking direction in their lives.

Suggested donation: 
$5  per person, 
$75  for groups of 15 people or more.





The Musique et Spiritualité tour
will introduce you to the organs,
the carillon,
and the Petits Chanteurs du Mont-Royal.

Wednesdays and Sundays:
$6 per person,
$120 for groups of 20 people or more.











Admire our Nativity Scenes from around the world on display
in the Oratory Museum throughout the year.

 
 



Enjoy a memorable experience
A host of activities are available for young people preparing for their first communion or confirmation, and for school or parish groups. A number of prestation are available.
 

Saint Brother André quiz : What was Saint Brother André's real name? How many steps are there at the Oratory? Find out the answer while playing this game, and have fun as youn learn.
 
Explore the sacristy: Discover the objects used in Catholic workshop, their origin, and their signification. An introduction to the Catholic faith and its rites.

 
Guided Way of the Cross: During the summer, medite on the Way of the Cross in the Oratory's gardens. You'll deposit your intentions.
 
$2 per person, per workshop.

 
 
     Ring the bells with the Carillonist

Enter the carillon, meet the carillonnist and discover how this musical instrument works with its 56 bells.
$3 per person.



  Pray with Saint Brother André
Take part in the Mass by reading, singing, or serving at the altar!

Experience a moving prayer session adapted specifically for your group at Brother André's tomb, in the Votive Chapel, in the Basilica, etc.
