People with reduced mobility can borrow a wheelchair
so that they may have easier access to the site for their visit.
To take advantage of this service, go to the entrance to the votive chapel.
Leave a piece of identity with one of the personnel at the information desk
just across from the Office of Information and Blessings,
or with a member of the staff of Visitor and Pilgrim Services.
At the end of your visit, please return the wheelchair to the same place
so that you may reclaim your identity card.
There is wheelchair access to the Basilica from the right front entrance for eucharistic celebrations.
